Where It Started

2020. New channel, new brief, immediate deadlines. I came in as a vector illustrator and that's how I started -clean lines, flat fills, bold contrast. It worked. But after a few months I started wondering if the style had a ceiling.
So I began experimenting. Some thumbnails stayed vector, some moved into Photoshop, some ended up somewhere in between. The evil bunny and the melting faces are from that period of not quite knowing where the style was going which, looking back, is exactly when the most interesting work happened.
This collection isn't the most polished chapter in the portfolio. But it's where the range started forming.
